Genomic Analyst Operation System -GAOS
Genome analysis requires a series of bioinformatics-related software for data analysis, annotation, format conversion, noise removal and screening. Different analysis processes use different analysis software, and the installation requirements of these software are different and even conflict with each other. How to install the software is often the first obstacle for a would-be analyst.
National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University’s bioinformatics team has accumulated 20 years of experience in numerous genomic data analysis compatibility tests and implementations, and has continuously adjusted and optimized to establish a lightweight bioinformatics analysis environment which is called Genomic Analysis Operation System, GAOS.
Our company has exclusively obtained the authorization of the Genomic Analysis Operation System, which is installed in the Cubic Station. This system can run genome analysis which can only be performed on large computing servers in the past on a small workstation, and can perform most common DNA, RNA, and microbial genetic analysis processes. It provides a convenient visual interface, which is the best choice for analysts to join genome analysis.

Smart Task Management
Genome analysis requires a high amount of computation, and the steps are cumbersome and time-consuming. Sitting in front of the computer and waiting will waste time. If you leave, there may be no scheduling after the program ends, resulting in a waste of valuable computing resources.
The cubic Station is equipped with Smart Task Management, which solves the problem of a large number of work scheduling. Each analysis case is connected in series with all the steps in the unit of sample. After starting, it is executed in sequence. When several analysis cases are started at the same time, they will enter the scheduling system. Users can easily Adjust the execution order. When an error is encountered, it will automatically abort, notify the manager, and proceed to the next analysis case.

Magical Scroll
The establishment of the genome analysis process requires the application program for data analysis, the setting of parameters, the judgment logic, and the data input/output interface, etc. These complex settings and installation procedures make the construction of the analysis process expensive.
Through the Magical Scroll technology authorized by National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, the analysis program, judgment logic, operation interface, and result output required for bioinformatics analysis are all encapsulated in a single file, so that the transfer and installation of the analysis process can be completed with one click. It is also easy to encrypt the content for authorization management, and these two characteristics also make it possible to commercialize bioinformatics knowledge.

Double-blind Comparison
Maintaining the security and ownership of personal information is the principle that Cubic Genomics adheres to, and promoting the maximum utilization of personal information is the company’s goal. Magical Scroll technology provides a solution for business logic protection, and Double-blind Comparison provides a protection mechanism for personal privacy data. Double-blind Comparison can compare gene sequences without decrypting business logic and personal data, while protecting business secrets and personal privacy, and promoting the use of genetic data and knowledge

Variant Index System
The description of gene mutation sites will be different depending on the reference genome version and the syntax of the mutation description, resulting in errors in gene alignment and annotation. Cubic Genomics uses the principle of cryptography to find a gene in an infinite mathematical space. The unique mathematical coordinates of the mutation site, and the continuous and systematic positioning of existing knowledge in this mathematical space, greatly reduces the speed of data indexing, and also makes the gene mutation site data impossible to decipher during the transfer process.
