Any GAOS compatible softwares or analysis pipeline can be used on the Cubic Station. Lightny edge computing Node
Cubic Stations are defined as edge computing nodes. Setup next to the sequencing equipment in genomic application ecosystem or terminal device in application filed. In our design, we minimise the volume of hardware and simplify all elements, but no discount with it’s powerful computing force. Every Cubic Stations pass our rigorous strength tests, perform highly intensive whole genome sequence and single-cell sequence analysis, achive the best cost-effectiveness in terms of space utilization and construction costs.
Friendly Graphical user interface
Cubic Stations have friendly graphical user interface for different application scenarios. Simple button and menu designs for users frequently encontered needs and requests (for example: search files, backup, operation record, quality control, glance information and charts). Let users complete complex data analysis and management tasks through through few clicks. For clinical application scenario, we support test report system. Let users can perform any genomics data analysis on one Cubic Station. For research application scenario, we provide application development platform for genomic, transcriptomic, spatial cell sequencing, microbiota, etc analysis.
